"No matter what the issue, no matter what the question, I’ve always had excellent service from Cindy Puckett and her office. They check up on me make sure everything’s going OK and also have answered all of my questions and insured. My claims and issues were handled properly, professionally, and quickly. I’ve also looked at the other reviews posted and if they’re negative, I then look at the reviewer to see if they are chronic complainers or not. Based upon my review of the reviews, Cindy‘s office doesn’t have anything below a four. As long as Cindy is around, I will be her client. She has secured my family insurance."
